Everyone who opens One Wall sees the picture on the wall, so a few things are not allowed. Breaking these rules gets your picture removed, without a refund.

Not allowed

• Anything illegal.
• Nudity or sexual content.
• Anything that sexualises minors. We report this to the police.
• Graphic violence, gore, animal cruelty, or content that promotes self-harm or terrorism.
• Hate or harassment against people or groups, including in the title or name.
• Photos of private people without their permission.
• Personal information such as addresses, phone numbers or documents.
• Pictures you don't have the rights to, such as someone else's photo or artwork.
• Scams, or ads for illegal products or services.

Advertising your own legal business, your art or your community is fine.

How moderation works

1. Automatic check before payment. Every picture, title and name is checked automatically (with OpenAI's moderation service) before you can pay. If it's refused, you are told why and pay nothing.
2. Reports. Anyone can report the picture on the wall with the "Report this picture" link. Every report is reviewed by a person.
3. Decision. If a picture breaks the rules or the law, it is removed and the previous picture returns. If it doesn't, it stays.

Because you don't need an account to play, we usually can't tell you when your picture is removed. You can always email us to ask why a picture was removed, and we will explain the decision and which rule it was based on. If you disagree with a decision, reply and we will look at it again.

Reporting illegal content

Use "Report this picture" on the wall, or email info@vikinglabs.be. Tell us which picture you mean (its title, or when it was on the wall) and why you think it is illegal. Adding your name and email helps us follow up but is not required. Please only report in good faith.
